Privacy and analytics
This page explains how The Quantum Investor’s Notebook measures readership and how you can control optional analytics cookies.
The Quantum Investor’s Notebook is a small, independent research notebook. I use analytics to understand which pages readers find useful, how visitors move between notes and articles, and where the site could be improved.
Analytics tools
Google Analytics 4 helps measure readership, including visits, page views, and how readers find the site.
Microsoft Clarity helps show how readers interact with individual pages, including patterns such as clicks and scrolling, heatmaps, and session recordings. I use this information to improve the structure and usability of the site.
Your choice about analytics cookies
Optional analytics cookies are disabled by default. When you first visit, you can accept or reject them. The content and features of the site remain available either way.
If you accept, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may store first-party analytics cookies in your browser. These cookies help distinguish visits and connect page views into more complete sessions.
If you reject, optional analytics cookies are not stored. Limited cookieless measurement may still occur. This allows basic readership measurement while avoiding optional analytics cookies.
Your choice is saved in your browser so that it can be remembered on later visits. You can change it at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Advertising
This site does not use advertising cookies. Advertising-related permissions remain disabled.
